Sunday Fire Damages a Residence Near Palmyra

Fire Sunday evening heavily damages a house in Marion County.

An off duty fireman noticed the fire along County Road 4759 around 7:45 p-m and turned in the alarm. Fire crews from Palmyra and Hannibal Rural were called to the scene. Cause of the fire remains under investigation. No injuries are reported.
