Stefan, Jr., Julia Crider, Stefan Crider III in Court Friday

The couple charged with obstruction of justice in connection with the death of a 12-year-old Quincy boy were in court Friday.

At a pretrial hearing, 40 year old Stefan Crider, Jr. and 39 year old Julia Crider learned that their trial has been set for August 10th in Adams County Circuit Court.

The Criders’ son, Stefan Crider III, is also charged with obstruction of justice. He also appeared in court Friday.

Stefan Crider’s son, Steson Crider, is accused of first degree murder in the shooting death of 12 year old Ray Humphrey, Jr. last March.

Steson Crider has pleaded not guilty to the charges and is scheduled for trial in September.
