St. Louis Man Arrested by Hannibal Police for Drug Trafficking
A St. Louis man is in the Marion County Jail on drug trafficking charges.
Hannibal Police report an investigation by the Anti-Crime Enforcement Squad into the distribution of fentanyl in Hannibal resulted in the execution of a search warrant by members of HPD’s Special Response Team Thursday in the 2400 block of Chestnut.
The search uncovered more than 300 doses of a substance believed to be fentanyl, along with cash.
Taken into custody was 27 year old Billy Williams of St. Louis, charged with second degree drug trafficking.
Williams is in the Marion County Jail on $50,000 cash or surety bond.
