Two teenagers suffer moderate injuries in a one car crash on Highway 54 in Pike County at 9:24 p.m. Friday.

The Highway Patrol reports 17 year old Darius Starks of New Florence was eastbound when his car ran off the road and overturned.

Starks and his passenger, a 16 year old juvenile male from Vandalia, were taken to SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital in Lake St. Louis for treatment.

 

Two are hurt and one is ticketed in a single vehicle crash on Pike County, Illinois Highway 7 at 10:45 a.m. Saturday.

The State Police reports 56 year old Jacqueline Pellinghelli of Nebo was northbound when her SUV ran off the road struck a ditch and overturned.

Pellinghelli was airlifted to an area hospital with serious injuries. Her passenger, a 15 year old female from Galesburg, was taken to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Pellinghelli was ticketed for improper lane usage.

 

A Texas truck driver suffers moderate injuries in a single vehicle crash on Highway 36 west of Monroe City at 2:08 a.m. Saturday.

The Highway Patrol reports 30 year old Victor Bosire of Arlington, Texas was westbound when his semi ran off the road and overturned.

Bosire was taken to Hannibal Regional Hospital for treatment.

 

A Canton man escapes with minor injuries in a single vehicle crash on the north outer road of Highway 24 east of Taylor at 6 a.m. Sunday.

The Highway Patrol reports 30 year old Steven Pruessner was eastbound when his Jeep ran off the road and struck a sign.

Pruessner refused treatment at the scene.
