Shelbina Well Being Call Leads to 5 Drug Arrests
A check well being call regarding a 13 year old juvenile results in five drug related arrests in Shelbina.
The following five individuals were arrested in connection with the incident. Shelby County authorities say 41 year old Rebecca D. Baugher, 41 year old Lonny D. Baugher,19 year old Steven P. Calef and 19 year old Reva R. Baugher of Shelbina face charges as does 47 year old James Savage of Macon. All are held on a $100,000 bond. Charges include possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, manufacturing a controlled substance with a child in the residence, public nuisance, possession of up to 35 grams or less of a synthetic cannabinoid, distributing a controlled substance to a minor and endangering the welfare of a child in the 1st degree.
Shelbina Police say a 13 year old juvenile and a 19 year old female were found unconscious and unresponsive Wednesday afternoon. Both were taken to Moberly Regional Medical Center for treatment. A meth lab, drug paraphernalia, controlled substances and unlawful firearms were found in the house.
