
Sen. John Sullivan to Address Business Community Issues Monday
Sen. John Sullivan (D-Rushville) will be at the Oakley-Lindsay Civic Center from 8 to 9 a.m. on Monday, April 21, to discuss issues impacting businesses including minimum wage, a progressive income tax, and worker’s compensation reform.
The meeting, sponsored by the Quincy Area Chamber of Commerce, is free for Chamber members and $10 to others interested in attending. Registration is required for the event, and reservations can be made by calling Mary Effrein at 222-7980.
