Hancock County Methamphtamine Arrest

A Warsaw man faces several charges after fleeing an attempted traffic stop Sunday evening.

Hancock County Sheriff’s deputies say 35-year-old Kenneth Day is charged with possession of meth manufacturing materials, driving while revoked, aggravated fleeing and eluding police.

Deputies say Day led them on a 12 mile chase that started east of Basco and ended when Day’s van got stuck on a muddy road.

Bond for Day is set at 50-thousand dollars.
