Officials in Ralls County have identified the boater who has been missing since Tuesday afternoon.

Ralls County Sheriff’s Deputies say 60 year old Terry Marshall had been using a boat to get to his mushroom hunting spot along the Salt River near Center.

Marshall was reported missing when he didn’t show up for work at the Northeast Missouri Correction Facility Tuesday afternoon.

Officials say Marshall’s boat was found on the river bank with the engine still running at Fisherman Access 70 off Cincinnati Road north of Center.
Water Patrol officers continue the search using high-tech equipment, including boats with sonar.
