The brother of the former elementary school principal arrested for heroin possession was in court Friday.

31-year-old Samuel Foust is charged with possession with intent to deliver and sale of a controlled substance.

Foust and three others were taken into custody by Northeast Missouri Task Force agents after raids at residences on Sierra Street and Fulton Avenue. Agents found heroin, methamphetamine, methadone and drug paraphernalia at the residences.

Sam Foust’s brother, 33-year-old Joshua, turned himself in to authorities earlier in the week.

Sam Foust’s next court date is February 27.
