The NEMO Task Force announces a follow-up arrest in the wake of the recent drug investigation in Hannibal.

Agents took 32-year-old Randy Gene Brown, Jr. of Hannibal into custody Friday at his place of employment. Officers say Brown was found in possession of heroin drug paraphernalia.

The warrant for his arrest stems from Brown being present in the Samuel Foust residence when agents executed a search warrant on February 11.  During that search, Brown was found in possession of meth.

Brown was taken to the Marion County Jail on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance. Bond was set at $25,000.
