A Hannibal man gets probation in connection with a February drug bust.

Randy Brown was sentenced to five years probation by Judge John Jackson in Marion County Circuit Court. Brown had earlier pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance.

Brown was one of four men arrested after sheriff’s deputies and task force agents conducted searches at three Hannibal homes, discovering methamphetamine, methadone, heroin and drug paraphernalia.

Also arrested as a result of the raid were Ryan Thompson, along with J.D. and Samuel Foust.

Thompson was recently sentenced to three years in prison. J.D. Foust took a plea deal and got ten years in jail with the possibility of parole. Samuel Foust has been granted a request for a change of judge.
