The grandmother of a seven year old girl killed in an accidental shooting last year gets probation for her role in the death.

51 year old Julie Roberts-Cole pleaded guilty in last October to one count of obstruction of a peace officer.

She was sentenced to one year of probation and 20 weekends in the Adams County Jail by Judge Scott Larson.
