A motion was granted for a fitness test to see if a Quincy teen should stand trial for first degree murder.

In Adams County Circuit Court Tuesday, a defense motion to schedule a fitness test for 16 year old Roger Parker, Jr. was granted by Judge Amy Lannerd.

The prosecution asked that the test be conducted in the next 30 days.
Parker is charged with three counts of first degree murder in the shooting death of 18 year old Darrell Kelley, Jr. September 26th.

There will be a hearing to review the fitness order December 5th, with a status hearing set for December 17th.
