Revere Man Arrested in Clark County on Drug, Firearms Charges

A traffic stop by Clark County Sheriff’s deputies results in the arrest of a Revere man last Thursday.

Deputies pulled over 32 year old Davis Yates about 7:40 p.m. They noted the smell of marijuana coming from the vehicle and two firearms on the dashboard.

A search of the vehicle revealed several illegal items.

Yates was taken into custody, charged with possession of a controlled substance for methamphetamine and marijuana, delivery of a controlled substance and unlawful use of a firearm. Yates was also allegedly in possession of a large amount of cash.

Yates is in the Clark County Detention Center on $50,000 cash only bond.
