Ralls County Search Leads to One Arrest

One man is in custody following use of a search warrant Thursday night.
Ralls County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 36 year old Paul Sultzman II following use of a search warrant along Highway T.  Authorities found drugs,  drug paraphernalia and cash along with what appeared to be a pipe bomb. The Missouri State Highway Patrol bomb squad determined the device was inert. Deputies say Sultzman is in custody on a 24 hour hold. The Ralls County Prosecuting Attorney is reviewing the case. East Central Drug Task Force agents and New London Police also assisted Ralls County deputies.
