Quincy Toddler Dies in Apparent Back Yard Pool Incident

A Quincy toddler is dead, reportedly as the result of an incident in a back yard pool.

Adams County Coroner Jim Keller reports the death of a two year old boy in the noon hour Wednesday.

Quincy firefighters responded to a CPR in progress call at 606 Jackson Street.

Authorities say the toddler was found unresponsive and sent to Blessing Hospital.

The investigation into the death continues.
