Quincy Teen Facing Murder Charges Returns to Court

A Quincy teen accused of murder is expected back in Adams County Circuit Court this morning.
16 year old Roger Parker Jr. appeared in court Monday without counsel. A public defender was appointed. Parker previously indicated he had hired a Quincy attorney. Parker faces three first degree murder charges in the shooting death of 18 year old Darrell Kelley Jr. in late September.
