Quincy Teen Accused of Murder Makes Court Appearance

A Quincy teen accused of first degree murder was in Adams County Circuit Court Monday afternoon.
16 year old Roger Parker Jr. faces three first degree murder charges in the shooting death of 18 year old Darrell Kelley Jr. last Thursday afternoon in the 600 block of Sycamore in Quincy.  Parker plans to hire his own counsel. Parker is to be back in court Wednesday.
