Adams County State’s Attorney Gary Farha reports a jury deliberated about an hour Thursday before finding 18 year old Nathan Nelson guilty of three counts of sexual exploitation of a child under the age of 13.
Nelson was arrested last May after an investigation into a report of a male performing a sexual act in front of minor children in a Quincy neighborhood. Nelson was indicted by a grand jury last June.
His sentencing hearing is set for May 5th. Nelson remains free on bond.
