Quincy Man Arrested for Exposing Himself in Public

A Quincy man was arrested Wednesday on sexual exploitation charges.

Quincy Police received a report Tuesday of a suspicious male approaching young girls on Quincy’s southeast side and exposing himself.

An investigation revealed QPD had received similar complaints about the same person.

Friday morning, police took 18 year old Nathan Nelson into custody, charging him with sexual exploitation of a child.

Nelson is lodged in the Adams County Jail.
