Quincy Man Accused of Financial Exploitation of the Elderly

A Quincy man has been arrested on charges of Financial Exploitation of the Elderly. 

Quincy Police say that 56-year-old Kevin Fortman was taken into custody following a tip from a local nursing home that a resident was possibly being exploited financially by a family member. Following a lengthy investigation, police arrested Frontman, who is alleged to have misused a "large amount of money" belonging to the 84-year-old victim

Frontman was released pending a court appearance.
