Quincy Man Accused of Financially Exploiting 93-Year-Old Relative

The Quincy Police Department was contacted with concerns that a 93-year-old Quincy woman was being taken advantage of by a family member. An investigation was conducted and Travis Graff was arrested for allegedly misusing several thousand dollars of a family member over the course of several months. Graff was lodged in the Adams County Jail pending a first court appearance.
