
Probable Cause Found on Meth-Related Charges
Probable cause was found Wednesday for a Quincy man to stand trial on meth-related charges.
59 year old Everett Humphrey was bound over for trial, and also entered a not guilty plea to possession of methamphetamine and cannabis with intent to deliver.
Humphrey and another man, 40 year old John Varley, were arrested August 27th after a search warrant was served at a residence at 2112 Rainbow Lane.
Humphrey’s case was placed on the November jury trial docket. He remains in the Adams County Jail on $250,000 cash only bond.
