Philadelphia MO Man Faces Sex Charge

A convicted sex offender faces a new statutory sodomy charge.
Marion County Prosecuting Attorney David Clayton says 53 year old James Keith of Philadelphia is accused of having deviate sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 14 during October of 2017. Keith is held in the Marion County Jail on $100,000 cash only bond. If convicted on the new charge, Keith faces a prison sentence ranging from five years to life imprisonment.
