Pension Overhaul Backlash

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (AP) - Illinois public universities are urging Governor Pat Quinn not to cut retirement benefits for current employees in any state pension overhaul. Presidents and chancellors of 15 schools say in a letter to Quinn that what he's proposing will hinder their ability to attract top faculty talent.
