(Palmyra)—A Palmyra man sustains serious injuries after his dump truck collides with a train near the B-A-S-F Plant at 8:40 this (Friday) morning.  The Missouri Highway Patrol reports 45 year-old Terry Lake did not see an oncoming train when attempting to cross railroad tracks on Route B, three miles east of Palmyra.  His dump truck was struck on the right side by a BNSF freight train.  Lake was rushed to Blessing Hospital in Quincy.  Troopers say the crossing does have signal lights.
