Palmyra Girls and Louisiana Boys Take 1st in Monroe City Tourney [Audio]

At the Monroe City Tournament Saturday night, the Palmyra Lady Panthers beat Monroe City in the girls championship game.  The final was Palmyra 61, Monroe City 45.

In Boys action, the Louisiana Bulldogs walked away with the top honors, defeating Palmyra 76 to 64.

The Marion County Mustangs held on to a one-point margin to defeat Marceline in the 3^rd place game.  The final was Marion Co 44, Marceline 43.
