Northeast Missouri was well represented in all-conference football selections announced this week.

The undefeated and state-ranked Hannibal Pirates placed no less than 15 players on the 2021 North Central Missouri Conference All-Conference squad.

They include:

First team Offense - Quarterback, Courtland Watson; Running Back, A.J. Thomas; Lineman, Caden Selle; Tight End, Kaiser Greenwell; At Large, Aneyas Williams

First Team Defense - Linemen, Brady Zimmerman, Rommel Pinner; Linebackers, Ashton Watts, Tyler Hardy; Backs, Kaiser Greenwell, Aneyas Williams, Markahl Humphrey

Second Team Offense - Running Back, Tyler Hardy; Linemen, Austin Wilhoit, Ryan Ross; Wide Receiver, DaeQuan Powell

Second Team Defense - Lineman, Kane Wilson; Back, Jack Parker

Meanwhile, the Clarence Cannon Conference also named its all-conference football team for 2021. A total of nine members of the Palmyra Panthers made the squad.

First Team Offense - Lineman, Luke Triplett; Punter/Kicker, Landyn Smith

First Team Defense - Linemen, Brayden Madden, Luke Tripplett; Outside Linebacker/End, Noah Getz; Back, Landyn Smith

Second Team Offense - All Purpose, Collin Arch; Lineman, Jose Juarez

Second Team Defense - Linebacker, Alex Wilson

Honorable Mention - Defensive Back, Christian Johnson

Elsewhere in the CCC all-conference picks, the Highland Cougars were represented on the first team by Quarterback Drew Mallett, Running Back/Linebacker Robert Goehl and Offensive Lineman Blake Kaylor.

Monroe City Panthers who were first team all-conference selections included Running Back/Linebacker Ceaton Pennewell, Running Back/Linebacker Joshua Talton, Wide Receiver Waylon DeGrave, Tight End Deion White, Offensive Lineman Bo Patterson and Defensive Back Josiah Talton. Pennewell was also named the conference Defensive Player of the Year.
