One Dead Following Scott County IL Crash

A one vehicle crash in Scott County at 4:55 Tuesday afternoon claims the life of a Meredosia man.
Illinois State Police say an SUV driven by 20 year old Isiah Nunes of Meredosia went off the Winchester-Woodson Blacktop and overturned several times. Nunes sustained fatal injuries as he was thrown from the vehicle. A passenger—18 year old Karley Piper of Winchester was taken to Passavant Hospital in Jacksonville for treatment of serious injuries.
