Northern Illinois Man Pleads Not Guilty to Pike County, MO Marijuana Charge

A man who was arrested after authorities allegedly found marijuana in his vehicle enters a not guilty plea.

Mark Gustafson of Antioch Illinois is charged with felony distribution of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and three misdemeanors. Gustafson was arrested after a March 10 traffic stop on Highway 54 west of Bowling Green. A deputy reported smelling marijuana. A search of the vehicle allegedly turned up the drug. The suspect will be back in court October 14.
