(QUINCY)—An Adams County Sheriff’s deputy on routine patrol Wednesday arrests a Quincy man on methamphetamine charges. Deputies noticed a parked vehicle along Knapheide Road at Pumphouse Road with two individuals inside.

The passenger was taken into custody for a previous violation. During a search deputies found a small bag containing a substance later determined to be methamphetamine. 37-year-old Jewel Waldrop was taken to the Adams County Jail. He’s charged with unlawful possession of meth and delivery of meth precursors.
