No Charges in Ralls County 9-1-1 Weapons Incident

No criminal charges will result from an investigation into the discharge of a weapon at the Ralls County 9-1-1 Dispatch Center. That’s according to a press release from Ralls County Special Prosecutor Talley Kendrick.

Kendrick says a full investigation has been conducted by Ralls County deputies and the Missouri Highway Patrol. The release says the results of the investigation will subject the conduct of those involved to public scrutiny, but Kendrick says that upon review it does not rise to the level of criminal conduct.
