New London Man Dies in Motorcycle Crash Saturday

A New London man dies from injuries suffered in a motorcycle crash on Highway 36 east of Monroe City at 2:30 p.m. Saturday.

The Highway Patrol reports 69 year old Billy Ebers was westbound when his motorcycle struck a bridge wall, ejecting Ebers from the bike and over the wall.

Ebers was pronounced dead at the scene by Marion County Coroner Rick Jones.
