Monroe County Man Arrested on Drug Related Charges

A Monroe County man is taken into custody on drug related charges.

According to Monroe County Sheriff’s Department’s Facebook page, members of the East Central Drug Task Force, Missouri Highway Patrol and Monroe County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at a residence in Madison on April 12th.

The search revealed several bags and containers with marijuana and other drug paraphernalia, along with an undisclosed amount of money. Authorities also found a rifle in the residence.

As a result, Robert Stodgell was taken into custody for delivery of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a firearm and unlawful use of a weapon.

Stodgell is in the Monroe County Jail on $50,000 bond.
