Monroe City Man Arrested for Hannibal Shooting

A Monroe City man is in custody in connection with a weekend shooting incident in Hannibal.

Hannibal Police were called to a report of a shooting in the 2500 block of Broadway late Sunday night.

Officers arrived to find 29 year old Justin Sims, who was hospitalized for treatment of injuries suffered in the shooting.

An investigation by HPD detectives led to the arrest Tuesday of 32 year old Eric Pulsifer of Monroe City, formerly of Hannibal, for his involvement in the shooting.

The officials filing of charges is pending.
