Mitchell Pleads Guilty, Sentenced for Robberies
A Quincy woman gets prison time after pleading guilty Thursday to armed robbery charges.
40 year old Crystal Mitchell pleaded guilty to one count of armed robbery and was sentenced to eleven years in prison by Judge Debra Wellborn.
As part of a plea agreement, a second charge against Mitchell was dropped.
Mitchell is alleged to have robbed the County Market Express on South 36th Street in Quincy last October 22nd, and the Casey’s General Store on North 24th the next day.
She was arrested December 14th by U.S. Marshals in Kansas City.
Mitchell was given credit for 115 days served.
