Mendon Man Arrested Following Quincy Robbery

A Mendon man is in custody following a robbery at a Quincy liquor store.
Quincy Police were called to the Liquor Booth at 1500 North 12^th at 11:47 Thursday night. An employee told officers a man entered the store with his face covered. He was wearing gloves and demanded money. The suspect left on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. Quincy Police and Adams County Sheriff’s deputies quickly developed a suspect. Officers located 21 year old Austin Crepps 50 minutes after the robbery near 6^th and Lind. Crepps was arrested for the robbery and taken to the Adams County Jail. Items used in the robbery were found in Crepps’ vehicle.
