No, I did not imagine this list or guess (like I do most things). Nope, this is a brand new ranking on the leading causes of death shared by US News and World Report. That means don't get mad at me for sharing grim reaper news. It's their fault. I will confess that I was a little surprised at where some of these terminal things ranked. This data apparently comes from preliminary data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Hard to believe that #10 is still taking lives four years after it reared its head. I also thought that cancer would have been #1 overtaking heart attacks, but that just goes to show you how important heart health is.
