27th COVID Death, 99 New Cases Tuesday in Adams County

First, health department officials reported the county’s 27th coronavirus related death, a female in her 90s.

Then, it was reported that there were 99 new confirmed cases of COVID in Adams County Tuesday, including 52 males and 47 females, age zero to 90s.

That brings the county’s coronavirus total to 2,418, with 237 active cases, 62 hospitalized age 20s to 90s and eight in intensive care.

The preliminary seven-day positivity rate for cases as a percent of total tests is now 15.16%.
