The Mississippi at Quincy is at 23.03 this morning.
The river at Hannibal today is at 23.46 with the Mississippi expected to fall back below the 16 foot technical flood stage by next Sunday.
The Missouri State Emergency Management Agency is scheduled to be in Clarksville on Monday to assess flood damage. A representative of the agency will also discuss what can be done to help prevent future flooding.
