Miller Pleads Not Guilty to Sexual Abuse Charges

A Quincy man pleads not guilty Monday to a number of sexual abuse related charges in Adams County Circuit Court.

77 year old Donald Miller was arrested in August, charged with predatory criminal sexual assault of a child, attempted predatory criminal sexual assault of a child, two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse and two counts of sexual exploitation of a child.

Miller is alleged to have had inappropriate contact with two children.

Miller is back in court for a status hearing December 1st. He is free on bond.
