A retail theft call to Quincy Police results in the arrest of a homeless woman on theft and methamphetamine related charges.

Quincy Police were called to Family Dollar at 620 Broadway at 8:52 Wednesday evening. The investigation led to the arrest of 37 year old Heather Riley. A search of Riley’s bags turned up stolen property from Family Dollar and syringes that field tested positive for meth. During booking at the Adams County Jail… an additional syringe was found on Riley. Heather Riley is charged with possession of meth… possession of drug paraphernalia… retail theft and bringing contraband into a penal facility.
