Masters Sentenced to 115 Years in Prison
A Quincy man gets over a century’s worth of prison time for murder and attempted murder.
18 year old Gavin Masters was sentenced to 115 years in prison in Adams County Circuit Court Wednesday.
Masters was found guilty of murder and attempted murder in November.
Masters is alleged to have shot Randy Bowser-Smith and Skylar Osborne in a Quincy home on July 4th.
Smith was killed and Osborne was paralyzed as a result.
Officially, Masters was sentenced to 70 years for murder and 45 years for attempted murder. And the terms will run consecutively.
