Marion County Reports Eleventh Case of COVID-19

The Marion County Health Department reported its eleventh positive case of COVID-19 Monday.

Health department officials say the latest case is a female nursing home resident, age 80 to 90, who is currently hospitalized.

Health department staff is working with the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services to determine any close contacts of that individual who were possibly exposed.

If any are found, officials will provide guidance to and monitor these individuals for development of symptoms.
