Loraine Man Arrested on Numerous Charges

(Loraine, Ill)—A Loraine man is lodged in jail after a domestic disturbance call brings Adams County Deputies to a rural Loraine residence at 2:41 p.m. Saturday.  Deputies at the scene discover the suspect, Kyle A. Smith of East 1750^th Street had fled into a wooded area.  While deputies were searching for Smith, he came back to the residence unaware of law enforcement presence, and resisted arrest when confronted.  Smith faces charges of Domestic Battery, Aggravated Assault, Criminal Damage to Property, Resisting a Peace Officer and Intimidation.  Smith is lodged in the Adams County Jail without bond.
