A Hannibal man faces burglary charges in connection with an incident Monday night.

Hannibal Police were called to a domestic disturbance in the 4000 block of Pushmataha about 8:40 p.m. Monday.

An investigation revealed that 39 year old Neil Lewton had allegedly driven his vehicle into a parked vehicle, causing it to strike a residence.

Lewton is then alleged to have damaged property in the home.

Lewton was arrested a short time later in the 3200 block of Warren Barrett.

Lewton was officially charged Tuesday with first degree burglary. He is in the Marion County Jail on $25,000 bond.

No injuries were reported. There was apparent structural damage to the home.
