Lisa Peck Named New Hannibal City Manager

A nationwide search results in the naming of a new City Manager for the City of Hannibal.

City officials announced Wednesday that Lisa Peck, currently serving as City Manager of Fenton, Missouri, will become Hannibal City Manager, starting June 24th.

Peck brings more than a decade of experience in city management and community development in Missouri and Illinois to the job.

Peck has a Master’s Degree in Public Policy and Public Administration from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville.

Peck replaces Jeff LaGarce, who returned to the St. Louis area to be closer to family.
