Adams County Sheriff Brian Vonderhaar announces the arrest of 21 people in and around Quincy in the past few days.

Vonderhaar says more than two dozen law enforcement officers, including task force members, sheriff’s deputies, police, state troopers and U.S. Marshals, worked together on warrants for drug and violent crime charges, search warrants and probable cause arrests.

Officers reportedly found meth, heroin, cannabis and cash during the sweep.

The following were arrested:
Faron Cook, 44, for unlawful possession of meth
Melissa Dedert (Johnson), 32, for a federal drug indictment
Daniele Smith, 39, for FTP unlawful possession of meth
Amber Kaufman, 21, for unlawful possession of meth
Robert Eyler, 46, for attempted home invasion
Delaun Elliott, 29, for unlawful possession of cannabis with intent to deliver
Michael Randall, 22, for an Illinois DOC parole warrant
Gerald Knight, 58, for unlawful possession of meth
Monica Meredith, 29, for unlawful possession of meth
Steven Robohm, 40, for for unlawful possession of meth with intent to deliver meth
Ted McMahon, 32, for unlawful possession of meth
Cassandra Cookson, 24, for unlawful possession of meth
Billy Markert, 32, for FTA threatening a public official
Colton Parsons, 20, for unlawful possession of meth
Cody Parsons, 29, for unlawful possession of meth
Michael Willis, 37, for unlawful possession of meth
Destiny White, 22, for unlawful possession of meth
Thomas Mowen, 54, for unlawful possession of firearm/ammunition, possession of cannabis with intent
Kristina Haxel, 28, for possession of a controlled substance
