LaPrairie Man Arrested on Battery, Drug Charges

A LaPrairie man is in the Adams County Jail on a variety of charges after deputies were called to his residence on a domestic battery report.

Deputies were called to the residence in LaPrairie Monday on a report of domestic battery and child abuse. An investigation led to the discovery of a hydro-cannabis grow in the residence.

39 year old Kristopher Crass was charged with armed violence, aggravated battery of a child, aggravated battery, domestic battery, unlawful possession of cannabis and unlawful possession with intent to deliver cannabis.

Crass is in the Adams County Jail on $300,000 bond.
