The former Adams County Coroner was a no show for his court appearance Tuesday morning.

James Keller was supposed to be in court for his second appearance on a charge of official misconduct.

Keller’s attorney was present and told the judge that Keller planned to waive his pre-trial hearing and enter a not guilty plea.

Keller’s next court appearance is scheduled for November 27th. If he doesn’t show up then, a warrant will be issued for his arrest.

Keller is accused of not accounting for medications he collected while he was coroner the first half of this year.

Keller remains free on $15,000 recognizance bond.
